My name is Turyashemererwa Alex
From Rubanda district South Western Uganda just 30 minutes drive to Uganda's famous Bwindi impenetrable national park famously known in the whole world for having the Mountain gorillas.

My journey to wildlife career started w
ay back in 2010 after my ordinary level when I was recruited as a support staff at Mgahinga gorilla national park which is about 111km away from home.

As a support staff I would help tourist carry the bag follow them to gorilla tracking experience, Mountain hiking,Golden monkey tracking and also birird watching.

During that time I would be keen to hear , listen and learn what the guides would be saying and and keep notes . After four years as a support staff, I went back to a tertiary institution and and did tourism and hotel management for two years and it's those years that I felt so much in love with birds , nature and other wildlife.

After some five years later I joined uganda wildlife Authority as A ranger and started working as a ranger guide . It's this background that I used to also travel the whole country looking for mammals,birds, nature and cultures.
